HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMTO ARRIVE

Time frames vary according to the availability of the item.
If the item is available to purchase immediately we estimate you will recieve
it within 7-14 days depending on the location it is being sent to. If you need
your item before a specific date please let us know before placing your order.

SHIPPINGGUIDE

There is a change in the shipping time depending on the
state of the store stock. If there is stock in the store, it can be received
within 7 ~ 14 days except for the purchase weekend and holidays. If there is no
stock in the store, the order will be placed in the store and wait for the
goods to arrive.

The tracking information is automatically sent to the
dropshipper once the products are shipped

The final price, which already includes shipping fee, is

WHICHDESTINATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO

We
ship worldwide. All international deliveries are placed safely and with care
through DHL Express. If you would like a quotation please contact us. Please
note that some international deliveries may incur customs charges which are
outside Aripi London's control. Any customs charges are the responsibility of
the buyer and payable solely by them

Ihaven't received my package, what should I do?

First double check your order's status
in "Order History" which can be found in the title bar
within your Account homepage.

If your item's status says "completed," this means
your item has been shipped out. Please check your package's tracking
status for further details. You may access your package's tracking number and
URL by clicking on the Item name (to the right of the item image).

If the tracking information states your package as
"delivered" but you have not received your package, there is the
possibility that your package was lost or stolen.

BUYMA is not responsible for any lost/stolen merchandise,
therefore we recommend if you are worried about this situation, that you
request directly to the Personal Shopper (via BUYMA Message) to add
shipping insurance –if possible– before placing your order.

In the unfortunate event that your package was lost or
stolen during transit, please double check on your package's whereabouts
thoroughly with the postal service immediately! If your package
has shipping insurance, you may be able to be reimbursed for all or
partial amounts of your package's declared value. 

If your package has been stolen, we suggest you
submit a claim to your local police about theft and see if they can further
assist with your situation

destination of the order is inside the European Union, then our systems will
automatically add VAT to the order Total.

Theitem is out of stock

Sellers buy an item after an order has been placed and they
do NOT have any stock, so there is a case that the item is out of stock.

In this case, the seller should contact the customer
immediately to notify them and cancel the order.

What happens if I need to cancel an order?

As
a general rule, your order CANNOT be canceled after
placing the order except for the following cases

If the seller fails to ship the ordered item out before the
shipping deadline

(within 18 days after the order has been placed), Your
order will be canceled out automatically

Orderissue

Please understand that BUYMA may also cancel an order if we
suspect the item doesn't meet BUYMA's Item Quality Standards or if either of
the two Members are not complying with BUYMA's rules.

*If we suspect the customer and seller to be using BUYMA's
message system to coordinate a transaction outside of BUYMA in an attempt to
avoid BUYMA surcharges, BUYMA may cancel the order and both Members'
accounts could be suspended.

We does not require sellers to calculate Customs fees within
the listed item price because there is no means of knowing these exact charges
beforehand.

VAT, or other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer to cover.

*BUYMA or the seller have no control over these charges, nor
can BUYMA predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you
should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs
clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original
delivery estimates

To make your payment by PayPal, you will need to have a
PayPal account. If you don’t have one, please create your account from

When a multiple-item order has been submitted, your
