All items are sourced directly from brand boutiques , department stores, autherized retailers and under go thorough inspection in house by our team of experts. You can rest assured that all products on our website are authentic.

Why are some items above boutique pricing

The quotations provided to you include our sourcing & shipping fees, your destination importing customs duty and tax. Our fees are not necessarily chargeable at a flat rate and can be different for each item. For more infomation please contact our team.

Does the listing price on contain VAT and Tax

The listing prices are inclduing customs duty and tax. It's DDP price, all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country will be paid by the seller. Simply put, customers pay nothing extra upon delviery.

Is the shipping cost included in the price

shipping fee vary from coutnry to courntry. You'll find the final total cost in the checkout.

The item is out of stock

For purchase to order items, our buyers will purchase it after an order has been placed. We do not have it in stock, so there may be a case that the item is out of stock. In this case, we'll contact the our customers immediately to notify them and cancel the order.

To place an order on The DesignersNet, you can either sign up or proceed to checout as a guest

What happens if I need to cancel an order?

You can cancel the order within 48 hours of placing it. Afterward , your order will be proceed and confirmed, it cannot be cannceled anymore.

Shipping deadline has expired

If we fails to ship the ordered item out before the shipping deadline (within 18 days after the order has been placed), your order will be canceled out automatically.

Please understand that The DesignersNet may also cancel an order if we
suspect the item doesn't meet Item Quality Standards.

Shipping

How Long will it take for my item to arrive

Time frames vary according to the availability of the item and the destination country. For on-hand stock, usually it'll be shipped in 1-2 business days. For purchse-to-order item, usually the buyers need 3-5 business day to locate the item. After the inspection of the item, it will be shipped by Express couriers to you, the shipping time is about 3-6 business day, depending the desstination country. If you needyour item before a specific date please let us know before placing your order.

Track your status

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment several hours after receiving the email.

Can you provide tracking information

Yes, all orders will be shipped by Express Couriers. You will receive the tracking information by email.

Is the shipping cost included in the price?

The final price already includes shipping fee. Special shipping methods, such as Express shipping, may also result in
additional charges.



Which destinations do you ship to

At this moment, we don't ship to European Union countries by policy.

We ship mainly to North America,Asia, Australia. If you're not from the listing countries, pleaes contact with our customer care, we'll double check if we can ship to you.

I haven't received my package, what should I do

First double check your order's status
in "Order History" which can be found in the title bar within your Account homepage.

If your item's status says "completed," this means your item has been shipped out. Please check your package's tracking status for further details. You may access your package's tracking number and URL by clicking on the Item name (to the right of the item image).

If the tracking information states your package as "delivered" but you have not received your package, there is the
possibility that your package was lost or stolen. Please contract with the shipping company and our customer care. We'll start an investigation with shipping company

What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted

In case of absence before the delivery, you'll be able to reschedule on the day of your choice. Please check it on your local carrier's website.

In case of absence upon delivery, a notice of passage will be left in your mailbox. By default, the new delivery will be scheduled on the next day of the attempted delivery date.

Are taxes and duties included in your prices

To simplify our customers' experience, import taxes and customs duties are automatically calculated and included in the total price of your orders.

If shipments valued at or less for the de minimis, exemption will be eligible. No import taxes or customs duties included, due to its origin, may benefit from a free trade agreement between the EU and the country of delivery.

Can I change my delivery address

Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address.

Can it be deliver to PO boxes

PO boxes are no eligible for international experss shipment.

Who can receive my order

Anyone present at the exact delivery address can receive the order. The carrier will obtain the recipient's signature. Orders cannot be delivered to a different address from the one registered in the order, unless you schedule it by yourself via the carrier website.

Is your parcel insured

Once shipped, your order is insured against theft and accidental damage. In case of return items, you can insure your parcel by using the official return lable ( ask customer care). If your return parcel is picked up by one of our affiliate couriers, be sure to ask for a signed confirmation receipt.

Is it possible to pay on delivery

It's not possible to pay on delivery. The order only be confirmed after you check out in our website.

Regarding PayPal

To make your payment by PayPal, you will need to have a PayPal account. If you have your PayPal account, sign
up for your account with your registered E-mail address, and password. If you need more information, contact
PayPal Customer Support.

Regarding payment for multiple-item orders

When a multiple-item order has been submitted, your card will be charged separately for each item upon respective shipment date.

Visa/Mastercard
